The Interim Product Declaration focuses mainly on the product manufacturing process, the in-use life of the product and any information that can be supplied for end-of-use and/or recycling of your product. It benefits you by providing recognition and reward for good practice “in-house” while highlighting the other areas in the life cycle of the product that are accounted for in the Full EPD. Successfully completing the Interim Product Declaration will allow you to obtain a maximum of “Improved +” rating in each category.

Note:  In order to be able to achieve “Advanced” and “Best Practice ratings”, you must successfully complete the Full EPD.

The Full EPD will look at the environmental impacts of the product throughout its complete life-cycle. This provides a comprehensive “cradle to grave” view on your product’s impacts.
